Actually reading through other peoples suggestions, ive come to a conclusion:

Me, Ele/R Kanaxi
Hero 1 Molotov Rocktail
Hero 2 Mallyx
Hero 3 Urgoz <- To keep enemies balled for rocktail

And ofc i'd cap them all in HM just so i got 4 uber bosses.
